Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to Book a Charter. You are welcome to use your credit card at that time, or send us a money order or company check. We will hold your tentative reservation for five business days, after five days, we remove your name from the charter and cancel your booking. A 10-day notice is required to cancel or reschedule your charter date. Cancellations are subject to a handling fee 10% of deposit. Deposits may be carried over to future trips, or refunded to you with BMAC check. Cancellations less than 10 days of your charter, (this will include no shows) forfeits full deposit. Our Captains reserve the right to cancel any charter at any time due to unsafe weather conditions, you may be rescheduled or subject to full or partial refund. For your safety, Gulf trips may turn to Bay trips at the Captains discretion.

BMAC expressly disclaims and shall be free of all responsibility or liability for any act, loss, accident, delay, error, omission, injury, neglect or fault of any person providing any service or due to any cause occurring during a charter.

Book Me A Charter does not control any of the charter services in our program. We do not assume any responsibility for any of the charters, although we researched to the best of our ability to insure that you will be booked into a quality charter. Captains are Independent Contractors and you may experience variations in boat and services.
